Black Forest Roll




Ingredients:

·         5 egg yolks
·         65 grams of sugar
·         75 ml heavy cream
·         75 grams of cooking oil
·         100 grams of low protein flour
·         25 grams of cocoa powder
·         1/4 teaspoon baking powder
·         5 egg whites
·         1/2 teaspoon salt
·         75 grams of sugar

Cream Ingredients:

·         100 ml milk
·         35 grams of sugar
·         1/4 teaspoon salt
·         3 teaspoons cornstarch
·         1/4 teaspoon vanilla paste
·         2 tablespoons rum
·         150 grams of cream whipped cream 50 grams of powder and 100 ml of ice water, shake it expands

Cherry Material:

     100 grams of dark cherry jam

garnish:

     75 grams of whipped cream
     150 grams dark cooking chocolate shavings
     red cherry stalk


How to make:



  1. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until thick. Add heavy cream and cooking oil, stirring evenly.
  2. Put it in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder already sifted, stirring gently. Set aside.
  3. Beat the egg whites and salt until half fluffy. Add sugar a little as she whipped until fluffy.
  4. Pour into the flour mixture little by little, stirring gently.
  5. Pour in baking pan 30x40x3 cm dialas paper without smeared margarine.
  6. Under fire oven with temperature of 170 degrees Celsius 15 minutes until cooked.
